Hi, I'm Phil! Ever since I was a young boy, I've been captivated by the stories of extraordinary people and the wisdom they share. Influenced by examples of leadership from the Bible, my Christian community, business, politics, and history, my journey started in the humble home of an autoworker family in Pontiac, Michigan.

My background includes enriching experiences in both large and small churches, at The Walt Disney Company, sales teams, and retail & service businesses, but my mission has always been about helping others discover their purpose and live extraordinary lives.

As someone who pushes the envelope in every aspect of life, I thrive on experimenting with innovative ideas while staying organized. I bring authority and knowledge to various subjects, driven by a self-motivated desire to inspire and lead.

Whether it's spending quality time with my family, hunting, golfing, or diving deep into books on the Bible, leadership, business, or history, I’m all in. Epic movies? Count me in. Even holiday flicks on the Hallmark Channel with my wife, Sandy, or one of my five daughters – yep, I’m there.

And, what truly makes my heart sing? Being called Papa by my grandkids. There’s nothing quite like it. Plus, those magical light bulb moments during coaching sessions or keynotes when something I’ve said just “clicks” – it’s pure magic.

Meeting new people? I’ve never met a stranger. And one phrase you’ll hear often from me is “I believe in you!”
