The Awesome Life Founder's Group is a twelve-month cohort for Christian leaders who are ready to stop carrying it alone.
Most of the leaders I talk to are not in crisis. They're still showing up. Still leading well from the outside. Still serving people faithfully. But somewhere underneath, the wheels have been turning a little too fast for a little too long — and they know they need a different kind of year than the one they just came through.
Not another conference.
Not another sprint.
Not another program promising a breakthrough.
A year of formation. A year of honest conversation. A year of walking alongside nine other leaders carrying similar weight, learning to lead from peace instead of pressure, and discerning what God is actually asking of them in this next season.
What the year includes:
Twice-monthly group coaching calls — Every other week, the cohort meets live to work through real leadership challenges together, with biblical grounding and practical clarity. Twenty-four sessions over the year.
Two private 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Phil — Two focused conversations during the year, yours to use when you're ready — for the moments when you need direct, personal guidance on something only you can decide. No schedule, no pressure to "use them up."
Direct access between sessions — When something urgent surfaces, you'll have a way to reach me without waiting for the next group call. This is a small group on purpose.
A signed copy of Awakening! The Dreamer's Quest — Mailed to your door when you join. The book that grounds the framework we'll use throughout the year.
The Awesome Life framework, applied to your life — The same 7-Step Alignment Process and 5 C's I use with my premium 1-on-1 clients, brought into the cohort and applied to where you actually are.
